Chapell to Speak at Gartner Summit

Alan Chapell, President of Chapell & Associates, has been asked to speak at the Gartner Customer Relationship Management Summit this October in San Diego.

On October 31, Mr. Chapell will present Privacy, Trust and Loyalty: Is Protecting YourCustomers a Good Business Strategy? This presentation will investigate an increasingly pertinent question- Are consumers more loyal to companies they perceive as trustworthy? Drawing upon recent studies, Mr.Chapell will examine the implications of customer perceptions of privacy, trust and loyalty for businessstrategy, and answer a number of critical questions.

Mr. Chapell is replacing the originally scheduled presenter, Dr. Larry Ponemon.
